Craig Smyth Craig is the rock solid raw energy on which Clemleddy Construction runs, and it's renewable! His enthusiasm and good humor inspire the Clemleddy Team to strive for excellence on every project. Craig started the business in 1986 and has spent a satisfying 25 years growing Clemleddy Construction into the lake region's premiere builder of new homes and renovations. Craig is always on the go, whether traveling, golfing or playing ice hockey; and he loves a good adrenaline rush. He's jumped out of a plane a few times (with a parachute!) and fulfilled his need for speed at the Stock Car Racing Experience at Pocono Raceway. When it comes to building energy efficient, green homes, Craig is the man to see. He's a Certified Green Professional of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). He also likes to support the community and involves himself in various local associations such as Wayne County Builders Association, Pennsylvania Builders Association, and WEDCO.
