Craig is a Certified Green Professional of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). He is active in the regional business community and within the building industry. Craig currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Wayne County Builders Association and is a past Director of the Pennsylvania Builders Association. Craig was recently nominated to join the Board of the Wayne Economic Development Corporation (WEDCO). He has been a member of NAHB’s Remodelers 20 Club since 2001.

Tim has been with Clemleddy Construction since 1988. He manages the launch of each construction project and oversees production through the drywall stage. Tim ensures that all jobs run smoothly and on schedule. He specializes in the technical direction of each project and coordination of Clemleddy’s dedicated team of skilled, professional carpenters. Tim obtained his Residential Construction Superintendent (R.C.S.) designation in 2008.

Ellen directs Clemleddy’s business office and finances including budgeting, financial analysis, payroll, and select administrative functions. She has been a Clemleddy team member since 1998. A graduate of Penn State University, Ellen earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, and is currently pursuing an M.B.A. degree at Wilkes University.

Tony handles estimating for all Clemleddy building projects. He has more than 20 years of estimating experience within the building industry. Tony is a 1991 graduate of Johnson College with an Associates Degree in Design and Drafting. His expertise with the Design/Build Process brings continuity of service to each Clemleddy project, which saves our clients time and money, and achieves excellent results.

Ryan manages each Clemleddy construction project from the drywall phase through completion, and ensures that no detail is overlooked. Ryan helps clients coordinate and choose interior and exterior selections such as siding, paint and flooring. He is a 2006 graduate of Penn State University with an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Engineering and Technology. Ryan obtained his Residential Construction Superintendent (R.C.S.) designation in 2008.

Barb handles all of Clemleddy’s front desk and customer service responsibilities. As the gatekeeper for office staff, Barb efficiently directs phone, email and written correspondence to the appropriate department and provides indispensable support on project follow up. Barb also handles human resources and safety implementation. In 2008, she was certified by the Home Builders Institute to teach Customer Service and Homeowner Relations, as well as Hiring, Training and Supervision.

Mark has been with the Clemleddy team since 1991. He began as a carpenter’s apprentice and worked to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to advance to the Lead Carpenter position. Mark is responsible for overseeing field operations and managing Clemleddy’s team of in-house carpenters.
